RETURNS
Each set of letters are made to order. Unfortunately since they are custom-made there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each package is put together in the best way I can, but I cannot control the Post Office and their handling of the packages. If the product does arrive damaged, please contact me within one week of arrival.
